» Upgrading your server: You can upgrade your server vertically at any time. To do so, log in to your account, click on “Upgrade/Downgrade Options,” and select the server size you would like to upgrade it to. Soon after completing your server upgrade payment, our team will process your server upgrade and notify you via email when completed. Please note that the upgrade process itself may take your site down for up to 5 min.

» Downgrading your server: Before downgrading a server, it’s essential to know that your server will change its IP address upon the downgrade, which will consequently take your site offline until you add the new IP address to your domain registrar. Once that’s completed, it may take up to 24 hours for the new IP address to fully propagate and your site to be up & running again. Please note that if you have purchased your domain through us, you do not need to do anything on your end, as we’ll take care of updating your IP address in your domain registrar.

» Your site does come with a Free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate. However, to apply the SSL certificate to your website, your domain must first be pointed to your server’s IP address. Don’t worry, we can help you do this, and it will only take a few minutes.

» Your subscription comes with a 2-week (14-day) backup/restore plan. Optionally, for a nominal fee, you can upgrade to an extended 28-day backup/restore plan.

» If you cancel your subscription we’ll keep your site active for an additional 7-day period (beyond the pre-paid subscription date) so that, if you wish, you can back-up or and/or migrate your site elsewhere (minus any software licenses included with your hosting with us).

Please note that if you don’t re-activate your subscription before the end of these seven days, we’ll deactivate and/or delete your server and your site.
