To comply with global telecommunications carrier requirements (including A2P 10DLC):

No Sharing for Marketing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent Exclusion: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the providers strictly necessary to facilitate the text messaging service.

3. DATA RESIDENCY & TRANSFERS

SmartConvert.io is an Ontario-based company. However, our sub-processors may store data on servers located in the United States or other international jurisdictions. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of information to facilities outside of Canada.
